BAR DESIGN FOR X-GOLF IN SAN ANTONIO
Cabaret Design Group is proud to announce the completion of a bar design for X-Golf indoor golf course in San Antonio, in San Antonio, TX. The 2-station, L-shaped bar, was the first bar CDG designed for an indoor golf facility, said Rick Uzubell, President of Cabaret Design Group. X-Golf, which is home-based in Australia, is renowned for having developed the best technology for indoor golf simulators and is currently selling franchise opportunities in the U.S. Patrons bring their own golf clubs to their local X-Golf location and can play a round of golf in 90 minutes and then socialize at the bar afterwards.
THE CONNECTION TO X-GOLF
As with many of Cabaret Design Group’s clients, the owner of X-Golf San Antonio called our office because of our YouTube channel called “Bardesigners”. One of the owners saw a number of our bar design videos and immediately saw a connection. As is the case with many architects, the owner’s architect has no interest in bar design. We worked seamlessly with the architect, providing architectural plans for construction of the bar, soffit and future draft beer system.
FEATURES OF THE BAR DESIGN
The subject X-Golf bar is an L shaped bar. Typical of our integrated bar design projects, we included:
- Bar layout including all bar equipment.
- Small kitchen layout.
- Architectural plans for construction of bar and soffit and a full finish schedule.
- Planned infrastructure for future glycol draft beer system.
- Fully-compliant built-in ADA seating accommodations.
- Procured equipment pricing for all bar equipment.
The completed bar is a resounding success and we became very good friends of the owner.
