This design pricing guide covers our four types of bar design services:
Let’s face it: many folks like great design, but have limited budgets. Our Standard Bar Design Service provides tasteful design on a budget (ref. to Fig. 1, below). At an entry price of $1,999, this design package includes a set of architectural plans for construction; it enables bar owners an affordable solution with several thoughtful options, as you’ll notice in our pricing estimator.
Hands-down, our Luxury Design Service (ref. Fig. 2, below) is our most popular request. At a starting price of $3,499, it’s also our best deal. That’s because it’s loaded with standard features and offers numerous options – for those who want a fully-customized bar. Speaking of customized bars, the most popular large bar for restaurants nowadays is the Narrow Island Bar – shown in Fig. 3, below.
Yes, we do! As you’ll notice in our bar design pricing estimator, we offer three types of draft beer design with most of our bar design packages:
There are a few bars styles you won’t find in our pricing guide. Occasionally, clients show me photos of extremely ornamental bars (refer to Fig. 7, right). This bar style is referred to as Museum-quality – this is old world architecture. As a matter of fact, this type of bar can only be seen in the finest venues in New York, Las Vegas, London, etc. This type of bar is styled by an architect trained in historical restorations. The design is coordinated with a highly-skilled fabrication millwork shop, such as Zepsa Industries. However, the bar shown in the subject photo will cost at least $150,000 and only Zepsa will install it. According to my friend, Ed Zepsa, for those who have an extra $150K, be prepared to wait about two years.
